You'll be coached through each one of your sessions in a small group setting.
You'll be taught correct technique to ensure safety and progression.
You'll be taught how to eat and train to see your desired results.
You'll be kept accountable to your training to ensure consistency.
By the end of the 4 weeks you should be feeling stronger, healthier and more energetic. You should also be feeling a lot more confident in a gym setting as well as knowing exactly what you need to do to achieve your health & fitness goals.

to give you easy to apply methods to help you lose any unwanted body fat!!
Who's it for?
All of our programs are personalized, making it perfect for beginners or those that have been inconsistent with their training and have plateaued with their results.
Sessions start very easy to get an understanding of your current fitness levels then gradually increase intensity depending on how you're progressing.
What happens after the Kickstart Program?
That's up to you!
There's no obligation to join after the Kickstart program.
If you do decide to join then we'll set you up with a membership and continue working with you to ensure you maximize your results and get the most out of your time in the gym.
If you don't decide to join then at least you'll have a lot more knowledge and confidence in a gym setting and can apply it to your own training.
