Seb Henderson

Seb works with our members to ensure they are seeing the results they desire, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain or to improve their general health and wellbeing. 

Seb strongly believes in the value of training for not only physical well being but also mental wellbeing. He see's the gym as a way to build not only strength, fitness and muscle but also confidence, discipline and a way to improve your quality of life. 

Seb has played football at a VFL level and continues to play for his local club.

Patty Avice

Patrick is a trainer who values training as a way to improve both physical and mental aspects of life. Patrick has a major interest in strength training,  having coached individuals with a variety of different backgrounds and experience levels whilst also personally competing in powerlifting. 

Patrick helps members towards whatever goals they want to achieve, whether it be fat loss, muscle gain, increased strength or improved quality of life.

Alicia McLoughlin

Alicia is a trainer who loves introducing women to strength training and helping them build their confidence in the gym. 

Alicia always has a smile on her face and is always ready to help our members get the most out of their training. 

Alicia competes in bikini competitions and has a strong interest in helping our members achieve great weight loss and muscle building results. 

TRAINING

We use a wide range of training techniques depending on your goals, preferences and current fitness levels.   

Strength training is the base of what we do and we'll teach you how to  squat, lunge, deadlift, hip thrust, row and press correctly to get stronger, improve your body composition and to maximise your results.  We then can add in HIIT, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning or Body Building methods to suit your goals, preferences and lifestyle.

No single program works forever, this is why we continue to update your program every 4 weeks.  

As you progress, so does your program! 

As you continue to train with us you'll find there's specific types of training that you enjoy and what you find works best for you. 

When you work with our trainers we can easily modify your program based on these results.

We have a flexible booking system that allows 4 people to book in every half an hour during our open hours. 

With training sessions generally taking 45 minutes - 1 hour, there shouldn't be more then 10 people in the gym at a time. 

This allows us to give you ample support and guidance through your session to enure you are training with the right technique and with the right intensity to get the most out of your training.
